Postcards From The Edge

Another card sent to my parents. This time from Montreal. I mention that I'm not homesick. Then why am I sending my parents so many cards?

Re-reading this card I'm embarrassed to see I mixed up am and pm. Can't imagine us getting up at one o'clock in the afternoon to go to a party?

Obviously, I loved Ottawa. So very green & clean.
Can't recall how I ended up with a room of my own?
"Montreal is the grunts of a city."
What am I trying to say?


As previously mentioned, this was my first flight. The 1st leg of our trip was via CN Rail from Vancouver to Edmonton.
The second leg would see us travel by air.

Our destination was Carleton University in Ottawa.
We departed Edmonton, with stops in Winnipeg and London.
My personal highlight of the flight — takeoffs and landings.
